So Matt and I sort of talked a little. Some friends of ours are talking about TTC in December. Their oldest is 2 weeks younger than Cora would be, their middle is 3 months younger than Erin, and their youngest is 9 months younger than Patrick. I think it sort of is making him want to, too, because he's more willing to talk about it.

He said "there's some things, that need planning. When is a good time for you to have a baby for instance..." My period is due Oct. 3rd (assuming that the bcp make me 28 days again. My body has a habit of doing what it wants regardless of what bcp tell it, which is why I had 2 periods for 2 months between Cora and Erin), and if I conceived that cycle I'd be due mid-July. I'm planning on trying to get my doctor to induce me around 38 weeks. I went over with Patrick because I wanted to go into labor on my own and the stress after my loss point was horrible (nightmares, panic attacks, etc) so I think it'll just be better not to put myself through that. Anyway, my thought is if I had a summer baby then I could probably get my parents to come up for a week since my dad won't be teaching. Plus, my dad's birthday is July 6th and I think he'd love that.

So my next dental appointment is October 5th. I'm going to call tomorrow and try to schedule my last one for as close to that as I can get so I can maybe have my dental work done by the time I ovulate next cycle. I also need to call my ob/gyn and try to schedule a pap since I haven't had one since August of 2008 >_<.

Anyway, ladies, PRAY that DH continues to be willing to talk about this, okay??

That's good! I'm soo glad that he's finally willing to talk about it a little (and you'll be able to get off those mean BCP's.....)I can't imagine going over my due date. I would have been calling my doctor at midnight the day after my due date to try and be induced. (Specially after having a loss.)

And you're very lucky you are near the end of your dental work. Mine is only beginning. Starting tomorrow.

Oh, I didn't mean over my due date. I meant over my loss date. Patrick was due Mar. 2 and he was born Feb. 25th. We induced at 39w2d. (is that right? I counted back, but I've been saying 39w3d for ages)

Good luck on the beginning of your dental work! Mine first appointment was actually last July, so I've been doing this for a LONG TIME!

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers I hope that your DH continues to be open to it and that you get where you need to go! Good luck with the end of the dental work too. I have to say I don't envy you ladies who have a bunch to get done. I hate them messing in my mouth!!

So, my last dental appointment is officially scheduled for Oct. 13th! That should be 10 days into my cycle, if this one is a 28 dayer....woohoo! AH! I'm so close to done, I'm SO EXCITED!

Brittanie - This is huge for you! Just a few months ago he wouldn't even talk to you about TTC. I hope he gets on the same page as you and you get pregnant fast! Yipppppeeeeeeeeeee

I'm going to ask my husband today if he thinks I should refill my bcp tomorrow when I go grocery shopping. I still have 11 days left, but I try to do all my shopping on payday, once every 2 weeks, I should start my period before the next payday.
