Girls, I am bored!

Let's all make each other laugh. Post a funny story of something that someone you know said or did that made you laugh out loud.

I'll go first!

Once I was babysitting for a 5 year old little boy, Nicholas. We were reading a book together about Batman, and The Joker was robbing a bank. I said, "I wonder what The Joker is going to do with all that money." And Nicholas said, "He's going to go buy some jewelry so he can be fancy."

I totally lost it after that, imagining The Joker getting 'fancy' in some pearls

Who's turn next?

LOL funny Nicole!

When my ds2 was 2, we were camping. (My ex, me, ds1 and ds2) He and his older brother who was 7 at the time, were playing behind the tent when all of a sudden, ds1 came out from behind the tent yelling that ds2 just peed on his leg. Ds2 came out and said "No I didnt, an animal did" and promptly dropped to all 4's started kicking up the dirt and said "Look at me, Im an animal" lol Poor ds1. I laughed so hard.

It isn't a joke. I just thought it is a funny story to share. Not sure if you know the St. Louis Cardinals, but they have a play named Holiday

A couple of kids(both girls) were walking at school and one had on a Cardinals shirt that said his name on the back. The other girl said I didn't know we had a holiday called cardinals! I thought it was pretty funny. They were in 5th grade.

Good stories, girls

I have another.... once my sister was singing 867-5309, and I asked her if she knew who sang it, and she said, "I dunno. Johnny Cash?"

I swear I laughed until I cried picturing Johnny Cash singing that song.

My nephew came up with a good one tonight.

Nephew-"Mom, how come we don't have lockers in first grade?"
My Sis -(desperately looking for an answer) “Because you don’t have that many books.” -
Nephew - “Guess that’s why we have hookers.”
Sis -“HAVE WHAT?!”
Nephew -“You know...so we can hang our bags on them.”
BIL -"Man, I might would have enjoyed 1st grade if we would have had hookers."

I nearly fell off the couch I was laughing so hard!

I have one about my stepmom. My dad was teaching her how to use a computer. He told her to move the mouse around on the screen. She literally picked up the mouse and started moving it on the screen.

the thing that makes me laugh most is Patrick laughing at his sister. So here's a video for you.

I have a somewhat funny story about my inlaws and my laptop computer! They were staying at our house last year, and wanted to check their email. I set up my laptop for them, then headed out to run some errands. When I got back I noticed that my desktop laptop was a LARGE "OK" button. (Literally, like the OK button that you see all the time when making changes on your PC) Long story short, they could not figure out the mouse buttons and kept pressing all the buttons until they gave up! Somewhere along the line they pressed the buttons in such a way that they made the OK button my desktop background. (FYI - they now know what buttons to use and now have their own Netbook)

Alright, I have one. My dad, DH, Mom, and I were sitting down, tuned to HBO ready to watch True Blood. When a preview for an upcoming new series came on (Hung. So this was probably early season two True Blood) My Stepmom: What the hell kind of show is this? Dad: I dunno, some show called Balls or something.

When the name of the show came on at the end of the preview announcing that it was called Hung, my stepmom looks at my dad and says: Balls huh? My dad responded with this: Well, it's the same concept!

Laughter ensued. And I was rather embarrassed for being around to witness my dad talking about stuff like that. LOL

I have another babysitting story.

One day, Alexa, a 2 year old little girl, came out of her mom's room wearing one of her bras. Her mom was still home at the time and we were all in the living room. Her mom asked her what she was doing, and Alexa said she was going to nurse her baby. So then Alexa starts telling her mom to be the baby. She lifts up one side of the bra and says, "Drink the milky, baby!" Her mom just started laughing and said no. Then Alexa starts literally chasing her mom around the house, saying, "Drink the milky, baby! Which side is your favorite baby? Do you want the left milkies? That's my favorite milky, too. Come on baby, drink the milky!"

It was hilarious.
