.... and took a HPT today. I don't even know why. I was on vacation last week, and didn't temp. I had watery CM two weeks ago, but it ended before our vacation, and I had 4 temperatures with no rise after that CM ended. I know the rise does not always occur right after fertile CM, but since it was 4 days with no rise, I figured I was not going to truly ovulate this cycle anyway... especially since I didn't get EWCM. (I KNOW I get EWCM, but I don't know if I get it every cycle... I've never tracked that) I get back from vacation, and saw that my temperature DID rise, and I got a little excited. Hey, maybe I did actually ovulate sometime in there. I had no real pregnancy symptoms... I just was having a harder time with BMs (I'm usually very regular), and my cat has been crazy loving lately. And I felt bloated. I thought, well, maybe....?

Oh well, I wasn't really expecting it to be anything anyway. At least I won't make myself crazy thinking about it.

Sorry you didn't get your BFP. If AF doesn't show I would test again. You just never know .

Yeah, I told myself I wouldn't take HPT's early... Hopefully next cycle I'll know better when I ovulate and will be able to count 14 DPO before I start going crazy again. Sigh. I think I liked it better when I was just NTNP and clueless about my cycles. I would just be like "Oh, it's beeen awhile since I had a period" and I would look at the calendar and see it's been 6 weeks since my last cycle.. I'd wait a couple more weeks and AF would show.

(Really though, I like this charting thing. It's very interesting to see what is going on wiht my body. I hope that I understand it even more next cycle and can track things better)

The longer you track the more you learned. I learned so much. At one point we were able to use it to prevent as well as conceive. I am a little out of sync with my body now and can't do it. But it is very interesting.
