the 2ww period starts when?? i feel dumb asking but ive never had to wait to test beside the last month but i tested when af was to show up. I just now got off my period and will start BD whoohoo , so does 2weeks start after af is gone or 2weeks before af is suppose to show sorry dumb ??

The 2WW to test starts from when you ovulate. The 2WW to ovulate starts when AF shows up.

There is no such thing as a dumb question. It should be about 14 days from when you ovulate to when AF should show. Not everyone is a 14 day person, its just the average. Good luck with BD!

The only dumb question is the one not asked!

But, really girls. Who waits a full 2 weeks before testing!

Most of us start at 8 DPO and some of us as early as 4 DPO! Ha.

But most don't get even a faint BFP until 9 DPO and some not until after AF is expected... GL!
