So it started when I got to my moms.. I knew she was going to a babyshower cause the night before she had texted me asking what was the best brand of diapers to get for newborns so I told her.. Well when I get there she starts showing me the baby things she got for her friend... It started eating at me... Had me kind of down.. She said I was more then welcome to come, and I told her honestly I couldn't handle going to one right now, and she said she understood.. So fast forward to later that night.. Our KMart was having this big clearance sale and had clothes for 2.99 a piece so we all went... My mom stayed in the baby section looking at baby clothes.. Even after me telling her I was about to cry.. I eventually had to start walking away, but she would always venture back and show me outfits that she was going to buy for her co workers baby. It was just very upsetting to me.. Had me really bummed out.. Not to mention her saying I want a baby again.. I told her that she was seriously going to make me cry.. It was so hard!!!

Im so sorry! I am going through the same thing and it sucks!! My sis in law is due in about 3 wks and I am just hurting so bad!! We will all get through it......

I am so sorry you had to deal with that. You would think that she would have taken your hints, and even if she didn't get the hints, you flat out told her that you were upset. My mom is good for doing things like that too. As a matter of fact she's done something like that to me with each of my 3 losses. I don't get it at all! The level of insensitivity lately makes me want to scream!!

I'm sorry Lindsey. It's so hard. That's why i've avoided my parents house for the past while too my niece is due in Jan (If I hadn't had my loss i'd been due in Dec) and it's my stepmom's first great grandchild, so she's making a huge deal over it (my stepmom is only in her early fifties) always has baby stuff that she's picked up all over the house (she goes crazy when she shops) So i've just avoided it. She's tried to make it better by saying, don't worry Amy, when you get pg again we'll do this all for you too. Ugh.

So I definitely understand sweetie. *hugs*
