SO after my m/c i bled for like 2 weeks or so but hten it finally stopped like a week and ahlaf ago. Now yesterday meanwhile my boobs are extremley sore ! i had brownish spotting again? Do you think thats a sign my AF is coming around again? also i havent been preventing PG.soooooo need some help ladies ! thanks

how far a long were you in your pregnancy? It very well could be AF, but I also started to bleed 3 weeks after my D&C and it wasn't AF, so i'd keep an eye on it and if it's really heavy or prolonged I would call your doctor...I hope it's just AF...GL!!!

It could be ovulation spotting or implantation spotting or just old blood from the miscarriage. I've had brown spotting when it was AF too. Everything changes so much after a mc.

Yes it's entirely possible you're getting your first AF now, or that your body is still trying to get of some tissues that might have been left over. If you're concerned or not feeling quiet right I would consider calling your ob/gyn for some answers, testing.

my boobs have been real sore also but its just a little brown now and then today... not sure cuz have no cramps. but i was only 6 weeks along when mc so hoping it turns into af but havent been preventing since bleeding stopped.! so advice

I had a D&C in early August, and 56 days later, I started brown spotting this morning. It looks like I'll have full flow tomorrow (or later tonight).
