I decided today that i'm going to try thinking positive...I've always been a pretty negative person, ever since I was really young...With everything that's happened to me in the last year, I find it almost impossible to think positive...I had a dream last night that I had a baby, and I could picture what this baby was wearing...Call me crazy, but I actually went out and bought this outfit today....I also unpacked all my baby things, and set up the bed I bought almost 2 years ago now, and i'm going to tell myself that I am going to get pregnant, stay pregnant and have a baby, and that baby is going to sleep in that bed and use all these baby things (of course if it's a girl lol)...So I thought to go along with my positve thinking, i'm going to start cleaning and organizing my bedroom to make room for a baby, and that way I wont have to do it once I get pregnant...So yeah, i'm sure my husband is going to think i'm insane when he gets home, but I don't care lol

I love the new attitude! I should have started cleaning my room, but just couldn't muster up enough energy to do it.
I really hope you get a BFP soon.

Megan, I love the new attitude and outlook. DH is always telling me to stop thinking negative and wonder why I lost ours and think positive and think of when we will have our lil bean. Your my inspiration and I will try to think more positive!

Yay, i'm glad others are going to start thinking the same way!!! I know it's so hard, especially if you've had more than one loss...I know that's how it's been for me...I lost any sort of positive thinking after my 3rd loss...actually while I was pregnant this last time, I told my doctor on my first visit, that I had already doomed that pregnancy, and I knew I wasn't going to carry that baby to term...maybe we can start posting an inspirational thread once a week or so...I'll try to think of something we can do I know pregnancy loss is so hard, it might do us all some good (((Hugs))) to everyone!!!

I'm glad that you've turned a corner. My friend swears that when you put positive energy into the universe, that it comes back to you. I hope that you don't have to wait too long.

I don't think it is crazy at all. As a matter of fact I am doing the same thing. Plus I just wanted to share with you something I found on another blog that someone who struggled with IF shared...

Something that helped to stretch my faith was to purchase those diapers and those sweet, little baby things. I have often encouraged friends and readers to do the very same thing and even place those diapers in the middle of the kitchen table like a centerpiece. I encouraged them to just thank God for the baby that is on it's way with each meal~ with each time they sit at the table. Just thank Him in advance for the sound of a baby in their house, for all the diapers they will have to change and for the sweetest and tiniest loads of laundry they will have to wash.

Lindsey, I know your going to get pregnant and stay pregnant I think about you often...You need to just keep telling yourself that...I know it's going to happen for me, and I might not be pregnant right this second like I want to be, but it will happen...I keep telling myself that, and really i've been feeling so much better...I don't feel as hopeless as I had been...It will happen when the time is right.
He didn't care really...He said "where did you get all that stuff"...I'm like "i've had it forever" DUH lol...My kids are all impressed with the baby things...They like to come in my bedroom and look at it all and touch it all ...My son asked me if he could have some of the blankies because his are all falling apart (Not the girl ones, the unisex ones I have lol).
