I am still hanging out in limbo. AF was due Monday on CD 27. I am 15dpo (if my calculations are right), and all tests are still negative. I've had lower back pain, and sore bbs (but that could be because its cold!!) I've also had mild cramps (could be AF showing)

I find myself getting excited that maybe I am pregnant, but I don't want to be disappointed if she shows. I called my Dr today and they said hey would do blood work on CD 35 if AF hasn't shown which would be next Tuesday.

I will assume from the chart below that you can be as far ahead as five weeks before you get a BFP since most HPT dont pick up HCG until 20mls or greater. What do you ladies think?

Guideline to hCG levels during pregnancy:
hCG levels in weeks from LMP (gestational age)* :

3 weeks LMP: 5 - 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 - 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 - 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 - 56,500 mIU/ml
7 - 8 weeks LMP: 7, 650 - 229,000 mIU/ml
9 - 12 weeks LMP: 25,700 - 288,000 mIU/ml
13 - 16 weeks LMP: 13,300 - 254,000 mIU/ml
17 - 24 weeks LMP: 4,060 - 165,400 mIU/ml
25 - 40 weeks LMP: 3,640 - 117,000 mIU/ml
Non-pregnant females: <5.0 mIU/ml
Postmenopausal females: <9.5 mIU/ml

Karen that's the average chart, I would just call today and see if they can squeeze you in (well tomorrow since it's getting late) but they can see something in BW before a hpt. My RE's office said your hcg differs in beta bw than say a urine pregnancy test. So I'd get bw done it'll tell you for sure.

Ahh... I'm sorry she showed but at least you aren't in Limbo anymore. Are you going to try OPKs or temping this cycle? It might help you know for sure when you O and when to test. Good luck this cycle!

I use opks but havent (IMO) gotten a true + since my miscarriage. But I had my progesterone checked on cd21 the numbers suggested I ovulated. My cycle is normally 27 days my LP is 12 days guess it decided to trick me this month. I just got the ovacue monitor which I plan to use this cycle. We are not trying this month bc my dh is having surgery and will probably be to sore to DTD.
