13dpo 92 (5pm) Quest Lab
15dpo 388 (4:30pm) Quest lab
16dpo 823 (11:15 pm) ER: different lab
21dpo almost 10,000 (4:15pm) Quest Lab
Ok so got a call from the nurse and she said they are worried about another molar b/c of my hcg. My hcg is at almost 10,000 now. It went from 388 at 15dpo to 10,000 at 21dpo. Same time of day so exactly 6 days.
She said they really want me in for an u/s as soon as possible. She wanted to schedule it at 2:00 today, but I am at work and can't leave. I am getting my u/s on Monday at 9:30.

I have a question Lisa. You said they want to do an ultrasound so they must be secure that they will see something but if it is a pmp again, will they be able to tell? Its still so early, how will they see? Im praying with all I have that eveything is ok. Good luck hun.

Tobi- If it is a pmp, I don't think they will be able to tell yet. If it is a complete molar then they should probably be able to tell. Maybe they want to rule out twins. LOL I don't know. It is driving me nuts. I just keep praying that it is twins or one healthy baby. Wouldn't the progesterone be high for twins too?

I have no idea what the progesterone should be, Im not there yet! lol
Ive been looking around at some info Im going to post a link. I dont know how accurate it is, and really I dont presume to know anything about PM at all. Im just hoping it might ease your mind a little....
Partial Molar Pregnancy
I really hate how much conflicting information there is out there! But the website seems to be good, what do you think?
Oh! and do you have any other symptoms that would make you suspect MP?

Tobi- I had early spotting at 6w and 8 w last time with my pmp. I have had spotting 3 different days this time so far. I have thrown up 3 times already. I am 5w2d today. I was really sick with my pmp.
I think most of that on the article is pretty accurate. I think the hcg is wrong though. It should increase faster than a normal pg.

I read that page. The part that caught my eye was "in a partial molar pregnancy, the beta HCG levels rise at a slower rate and often to a lower level than a normal pregnancy."
Still keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. BTW, by Mon, you should be able to see a sac and maybe a fetal pole. I sure hope so.
