Hi ladies, not sure if someone would know the answer to this one....is it possible to O before your hcg reaches zero? Last Monday my betas were at 72 (down from 1386 the previous Monday), and last night I had (TMI) GLOBS of EWCM. Not sure if this is just leftover from my natural m/c, or if it's an impending O sign. Can anyone help? I'm getting betas drawn again, hopefully for the last time, this afternoon.

FWIW, I stopped bleeding on 9/28 and stopped spotting on 10/2. Thanks in advance!

Your hcg needs to be at neg but it may already be there. Mine went from 35 to 0 the next day. It sounds like you could be ovulation soon. I'd try an opk and see if it's close.
