Ok so cd3 ultrasound shows 9mm follie on the left.
cd10 ultrasound shows 16mm follie on the right/ follie on the left disappeared.
So I had pain late on cd 11 on the right and tons of excm, so Im assuming I O'ed from the right, but all day today Ive been twinging and hurting on the left! And still no high readings on the cbefm. (The sticks expire Oct 2010) I had a temp rise this am as well.
I go for another ultrasound tomorrow, Im so glad cause I have no idea whats up! I hope theres some answers tomorrow!
Im telling you ladies ... ttc makes me absolutely ocd.
**Update: Back from the ultrasound. Nothing is going on, on the left. The right side still has a 17mm follie. Growing slow, but mature she said. Going back for more blood and ultrasound on Thursday morning at 7:20. She said no sex, to wait til tomorrow.
Oh and my monitor went from low yesterday, to peak today. Crazy. and look at my crazy chart. Crazy.
**Oct 14.
Things are great. They said my blood from Tuesday showed LH surge. From the blood plus the O pain, we can narrow O down to Tuesday night, Wed morning. So, all looks good. I go next Thursday to have my Progesterone checked.

That has happened to me more than once. I get O pain on one side, then it switches on me. It's like my body is trying to just psych me out.
Your temp jump isn't very high. Unless you get 3 days of high readings, I wouldn't think you've ovulated yet. I bet your body is just trying to decide which side it wants to do the work. I bet you'll get a High reading soon. Good Luck!

No sex??? WTH!!! Why???? Your monitor said PEAK, I'd get busy anyways!
I would anyways, screw that... they told me that at my RE's office too a time or two then the nurses would say go for it. Either way we did anyways.
17mm sounds like it's maturing right along the right track, did they do bloodwork that day?

Since your monitor is peak, and the follie is growing, is that good?? Sorry I don't know much about that.

I wouldn't wait either. Did they say why you should wait? I would be too afraid of missing the window. Good Luck!

Tobi that sounds good.. I also wouldn't take any chances of missing the window.. What harm is it going to do to already have those boys up there? I don't see anything wrong with it.. Go for it..

I know, I know, I totally agree with you all. She said 48 hrs from the last time which was yesterday afternoon. Im totally freaking out though. But what if she is right and dbf needs that time to 'regenerate'? Every cycle before this we dtd again and again and again. Maybe that could have been our issue? Maybe he does need the recoup time. Im so torn!! Im thinking tomorrow morning at 6??
Celena, they did bloodwork, along with the U/S. I go back on Thursday morning for more blood and U/S.
Megan- Yes its good, the monitor is detecting Estrogen and LH, we get the LH surge right before O, so I think the follie grows right up until O.
Correct me if Im wrong ladies!

The dominant follie keeps growing until the egg is released (basically the follie is like a cyst containing the egg and as it grows it eventually bursts because of the hormones your body produces to trigger it, which is when the egg is released) However I think in some months we may have follies that aren't mature enough at the point of O time and we may skip an O here n there... sorta how the lady at the RE's office explained it. (my RE's partner that covers her when shes gone)
Hopefully your bw will show you having ovulated by thursday

Thanks Celena, I hope so too.
Maybe the HSG messed up my cycle like Kim was saying? I know its only cd13, but I always O by today! She seemed very confident that this 17mm follie is a good enough size and was happy that my lining is up to 9 now.
Personally Id like to see that follie a little bigger so maybe its good that O has somehow been delayed. July would be a really nice time to have a baby, wouldnt it? I have somehow decided to pin all my hopes on this cycle. Im not sure how it happened but I have nevertheless.

You know Nicole, years ago I went to see a psychic and they saw me standing in front of a 2 bedroom house with a baby in a pink blanket, in the summertime. Ive never known anyone with a 2 bedroom house before, apartments yes, condos yes but Ive not personally been to a 2 bedroom house before. Not until my dbf. His parents live in a 2 bedroom house. Im being silly. And the trouble with knowing Im being silly is that I know it, yet I dont care

I hope that the psychic was right
I have a similar story.... last week I went to the park and I saw a woman there with triplets, and for some reason I was convinced it was a sign, that I was pg this cycle, and that I was having more than baby. Sometimes you can't help being silly and superstitious and hopeful, even if a part of you is sure you're just setting yourself up for disappointment.
I can't wait to see a pic of you with your little one in the summertime

I guess thats one of the reasons Jm is such a wonderful place to be. We can make our dreams, feel our hopes, and when we fall, there is always someone here to catch us.
