I am so new this and am confused. If I should ask on another board let me know

I had my d&c on October 1 and started charting temps on the 3rd to figure out how my body operates and to hopefully figure out when AF will return. I usually run around 97.6ish. This morning it was very low - 96.93. I thought it may be an error and retook it after I got up a half hour later and it was 97.13, so still low. Does this mean AF is on its way early? I have been having headaches and a lot more anxiety than usual which are usually pms symptoms for me. But, since my hormones have been a nightmare since the d&c I just figured it was related to that. I also had the hungry horrors last week which is also a pms symptom for me - hits one week before AF.

If it doesn't mean AF is coming, what does a dip in temperature mean?

Some women also have a temp dip right before they O (I never have though), so it could be that, although I've read that you don't ovulate until at least 2 weeks after a m/c or d&c, depending on your hcg levels. Have you had betas drawn recently or taken a HPT? Your temps can be all over the place right after a m/c as well.

I'm just getting back into charting bc I JUST got a negative HPT yesterday, but I've been having all kinds of crazy symptoms - (TMI) horniness, moodiness, insomnia, and boatloads of EWCM. I think it's my hormones evening out though....it can take awhile. I have found a lot of good info on this site (especially info on what to expect after the m/c): www.pregnancyloss.info. HTH!

I haven't had blood drawn or POAS. Maybe I'll hit the $$ store and pick up some hpt's. Or get my trusty FRER. I just want AF so I can try again!

It could be AF coming, it could be a pre-O dip, or it could be just a random fluke low temperature... sometimes charting is frustrating I usually try to just follow the bigger patterns because there will definitely be weird temps now and then.

If you look at my chart, you can see that my temps jump up and down and all around but when you look at the BIG picture, it makes sense. My temps are pretty erratic until closer to O. This is the first time I've ever gotten an O dip.

Thanks for the info !

i think I may be starting to O. I was an early O-er before usually starting on day 11. If I count the d&c as CD1 then today I am CD12 which puts me right on track. Bad part is I will probably get AF Halloween weekend and I am supposed to go to a party............ ugh I hope it's not too bad.
