Well my doctor said that everything looks fine for as early as I am via u/s pictures. He said my hcg is on the high end but not extreme. I have an appt. in 4 weeks and u/s in about 6 weeks. That worries me a lot. I had 3 by 12w3d and they couldn't tell it was a molar then.

He said the cyst is fine and that it is a good thing. If I start spotting red or bleeding heavier I need to call. That is pretty much it. It still doesn't even seem real to me. I feel like I worry all the time. I am going to call my oncologist to see if maybe they can do an u/s before 12w or see what they recommend. I had more bw taken today. I think they are going to check my hcg again.

Here is a copy of the u/s that the u/s tech said the gestational sac didn't look to good to her. (irregular)

Lisa it looks great to me, your uterus is a nice round, oval type shape and you can clearly see down to your cervix, looks like that's where the placenta is. It's quiet possible that you have placenta previa which can be the cause of the bleeding/spotting and as your uterus/baby grows it should move up away from the cervix. That's "flat" spot is the placenta is implanted... or at least my best interpretation of the films.

If your doctor says all is normal, then I would try to put my faith into that everything is... but do not hesitate to ask to be monitored closely because of your past history. Tell him that you need the peace of mind so that you can relax and not be so stressed about how things are going. He should ask you or at least tell you how he can help you in that aspect, but you have to say something for him to know... so please ask honey, you need the reassurence then have them give it to you.

I'm very optimistic for you honey, really think this is your rainbow baby!!!

I think I told you already, but I have bled every pregnancy, and I always have high numbers (they thought twins all 4 times). I am praying for you. Everything sounds good so far. I know it is hard to relax, and waiting for that long for another u/s is hell on earth. You guys deserve a healthy, happy pregnancy. *hugs*

Lisa, things sound like they are going well

But it is so normal to be worried, and like Celena said, I would ask for some extra monitoring to give you some peace of mind. Hugs, Lisa!
