I had my D&C yesterday.. went well as far as I know. One of the things they told me is no sex for two weeks. I expected that but DH didn't (MEN!)
He said "what do they know" and I responded "probably a bit more than us"..

Uggh I have had the worst sex life for the last two months because of all that was going on with this loss. Now I have to wait even more..

Two weeks is certainly a long time! But.... I hit two weeks today and I am going to be too scared to LOL

I can relate. Totally....my d and c was about 10 days ago...we are on the countdown!

Sorry about your loss and surgery. Life is just hard sometimes....

I'm sorry I understand...we didn't DTD the whole time i was pregnant, and then with all my bleeding etc, it was months before we could do it again...It was that way with both of my miscarriages.

After my D&C I was told that we could have sex 2 weeks after the bleeding completely stopped... We didn't make it.... We did it anyway...

It was over a month before we dtd. You have to wait for your cervix to close
