Hi everyone. I'm on CD 15, counting the m/c as day 1. I'm having O pain on the left side today (I know it's O pain, I get it every month when not pregnant) but I'm still getting BFPs since the loss. Would this really be ovulation? I didn't think I would ovulate until at least 2 weeks after getting BFNs. Could this be something else I'm feeling?

THX!

Most of the things you read will say that you won't O until your HCG reaches negative. I O'ed when my HCG was 12 (I was getting weekly blood draws to follow it down to zero). So I think everyone can be different. But after a loss your body can have weird signs and symptoms too. I'm sorry it's all so confusing

I had lots of weird O pains over the last few weeks, including some other O signs like EWCM, but I'm pretty sure I haven't O'ed because I started charting again and my temps are still low. I know it's common to have some crazy symptoms right after a m/c, but you also may have O'ed, so who knows!! Sorry it's so confusing, my cycles were like clockwork since I was 12, so I know how it can drive a person crazy!! As my doctor told me at my check up last week, "this is not a normal cycle." Hopefully your AF will come back soon and everything will return to normal.

I always had o pain after I had my miscarriages. I think it's your body trying to right itself. I often get large cysts in the few weeks immediately follwoing my miscarriages. I think it's pretty normal. Good luck!

I too have had tons of O pains when I knew I hadn't ovulated (was temping). Miscarriages can really mess things up. My perfect cycles are all over the place too. I hope things even out for you and you can figure out what's going on.

I have no clue since this is my first loss and I'm new to this all. I'm wondering if I should request a blood draw since I don't know what my hcg level is at.
