Ok, kind of embarrassing, has anyone noticed drinking lemon water makes them more bloated? I started today drinking it and in a matter of 32oz I'm bloated and gassy . I was just wondering.

I would ask in the TTC with medical assistance board. Many of the girls there have been drinking the lemon water. And some have gotten miracle BFP's in doing so!

I hope it works for you!!!

I have actually found the opposite - it's a diuretic so it should help clear you out. Maybe your body has to get used to it. In any case it's very healthy so I would try to stick with it for a while and see if there's any improvement! Good luck!
