So had my iud removed on the 22nd. Was told that I could start trying immediately. I have been doing LOTS of research on ways to avoid miscarriage, and ways to help get pregnant.

Ha here is my daily supplement intake.

2 Vitex
1 Evening Primrose Oil
2 Red Raspberry Leaf Capsules
2 Zinc
1 Prenatal Vitamin
4 Folic Acid

Thats 11 pills...(all have been approved by my doctor) not to mention having AF after not having one for 2 years. And the opk's soon to come and everything else....I have never smoked so thats not an issue.

I also have DF on Men's Multi vitamin, zinc and folic acid :-)

AHHHHH... the things we do... :-)

What all do you do during the TTC process???

When I first started a little over a year ago I did the prenatal, extra folic acid, 2-100mg B6 and a supplement that I ordered from a fertility site that had a bunch of stuff in it. I also had my husband on a daily vitamin as well. After my first miscarriage I was told I could stop all of that...thank God!! I was then put on a prescription prenatal, baby aspirin, dexamethesone, Lupron, Follistim, and Overdril. After I O I take Lovenox, Prometrium 3xday, and Crinone 2xday. I also have monthly blood infusions of IVIG. It sounds like a lot but it will so be worth it.

Right now I am doing Clomid CD3-7, and a Novarel trigger shot to induce ovulation, plus daily prenatal vitamins, and daily Synthroid for my hypothyroidism. Once I get a BFP, I will be starting Lovenox shots daily for my clotting disorder. I also chart my BBT and CM and use OPKs. TTC does take over our lives.

I agree it will be totally worth it. These babies better appreciate everything we are going through to make them when they get older! :-) I am willing to do anything and everything I have to do to get another happy healthy baby in my arms!

Right now I do nothing.. Once I have my testing if it is something wrong with me I will do whatever I have to, to get my rainbow baby.. It is so worth it when you get a happy outcome.. HUGS
