So I took soy on cd 3-7 Last month I had an early mc or chemical so I thought this would be a longer cycle. I usually O cd17 or later so I had all these plans to go stay somewhere overnight on Thursday (cd16) and not worry about bd until then. I've been using digital OPKs in the morning and they have been neg. So today it's neg, I go about my day, suddenly feel wet and find I'm swimming in ewcm. My dh is working late then going in early. I won't see him until around 6pm. Before going to bed I thought i'd check an opk and it's now positive. I know you aren't supposed to look at the lines but I'm just shocked that it was so blank this morning and so dark now.
Is it too late? I still am amazed this is happening. Why does my body decide to O early when dh is away. Will 6pm the next day be too late or do I still have a chance?

I think you're fine. Usually you O within 36 hours of a positive OPK, right?
And soy did the same thing to my cycle - I usually O around CD 17 or 18, and last time I took it, it backed me up to CD 13. Good luck

Thanks everyone. I checked again this morning, now it's negative and I'm dry. UGH! What happened to gearing up first? I felt O pain around 1am last night so I hope that egg really does last 24 hours. Just waiting for DH to get home now.
