My period arrived last night at 5 weeks, 1 day. Now, do I count last night as CD 1 or today as CD 1? I realized AF was here just before bed.

TIA!

Yay for her finally arriving! If she arrive just before bed, I would count yesterday as CD1.

I would do the opposite, mainly because I use a fertility monitor that I set in the morning, and it says to count cd1 as the first full day of bleeding. If it was during the day I would say count yesterday as cd1 but right before bed.. I figure had you gone to bed 20 minutes earlier you wouldnt have noticed til today.

Thanks.....I think I'll count today as cd1 since it was literally as I was getting ready for bed.

My RE says if AF shows after 3 pm, then CD1 is the next day. At least that's what she says for when patients need to go for CD3 testing.
