Try not to worry too much right now, the numbers went up, so thats good. Last month I m/ced and my beta at 13 dpo was 24 and then 2 days later was 11. My Dr. said my beta at 13 dpo should have been double what it was. So your numbers are way better than mine were, and they didnt drop like mine. I am praying for a sticky baby for you.

It actually doesn't sound too bad to me Rebecca, since it was 3 days, and not 2 or 4 ...I know it's hard not to worry, I understand! (((hugs)))

Try not to worry too much I know how extremly hard that can be. I put in your numbers and this is what I got. According to this your still within what they like to see in doubling as far as hours go! Fingers crossed and saying a lil prayer. Did your doctor say what he/she is going to do next?
Doubling Time (Hours): 54.47
n many early pregnancies, the hCG level will double every 31 to 72 hours. As the pregnancy progresses, hCG levels rise and the doubling time increases.

I talked to the nurse at my OBs office. She is a little concerned. They are having me come in tomorrow for a hcg at their office. I know the labs will be different but it's only 5min away verses 30. My doubling time is over 48hrs which is what she said it should be at. They offered an u/s but I know they can't see anything so I'm just trying to relax and not worry.

I'm sorry that you're having to worry but glad you're going get your hcg tested again. I think sometimes these numbers make us worry.
Personally, I think your numbers are right where they should be.
Sending you loads of hug hun

Kind of the same thing happened to me when I was pregnant with my daughter. They said my HcG levels weren't going up fast enough and that I should prepare myself to miscarry. For 2 weeks, I got my blood drawn every few days to check my levels. While it went up, it went up slowly, then after 2 weeks it exploded! I have a VERY healthy toddler. They don't know everything. Every woman is different. Don't lose faith yet!! Good luck!!

Jenny makes a good point, those numbers are just a guideline.

Rebecca, I'm sorry that it wasn't as high as you were hoping, but it still rose, and it's only off of a 48 hr doubling time by a little bit. I still have tons of faith that this is your sticky BFP I'm glad they're going to keep a close eye on you (if only because I hope at some point the rising numbers will ease your mind). I know it's hard, hon I am here if you need to talk.

Thanks everyone. So how do I calm myself down?
I have no symptoms except for the weirdest thing today. My breasts are leaking. I feel like I'm loosing my mind. This can't possibly be normal.

Honestly I don't know if there is a way that you can stop thinking about it, it's going to be on the back of your head no matter what. Distract yourself with something that will make you think of something else.

Everything can still be OK honey, I know you want to be prepared but at the same time you still need another set of numbers and another to know for sure what the doubling time is... what time 11dpo did you get your bw and what time 14dpo did you get your bw?

Exactly the labs are going to be different, so they need to do it a couple times after that to see the difference as well. We had that problem with my pregnancies between dr's offices and ER's. Just hang tight sweetie, I'm really glad they're having you come in and I PRAY that everything proves to be perfectly fine... Huge honey!!

I think those numbers look good, they are close to doubling, and remember, it's not an exact science. Good the faith lady, you got a nice healthy bean in there.

I can relate to how you are feeling so much! Before my loss at the end of September, they were having me check my levels SO much.....multiple times a week. I was SO stressed out, because they weren't rising as much as they should, yet were still rising. My baby proved them wrong everytime they did an u/s and the heart was fluttering away. Granted, I still had a loss, but I'm hoping that wasn't related.
At any rate, I want to tell you to try and remain calm. My doctor had told me that this wasn't an exact science. I do know and understand what you are feeling though.
BIG HUGS!

Thinking of you, Rebecca! I don't know how to tell you to relax, because I know when I finally get there that I won't be able to. From what I've read, though, 48 hr doubling time is just an average, and up to 72 can be considered normal. Since you'll be using a different lab, you'll need two more tests to get an accurate estimate. Keep us updated, and sending you tons of positive thoughts.
