Christmas gifts?

Okay, well I know what most of us want for Christmas. (BFP's of course!) But, that said what do you want for Christmas? (Gift wise. Not world peace, or bills paid kind of thing.) I've gotten DH, and DD some gifts already, (And since DH is money clueless. Meaning that we only have one bank card, and I hold it because if he held it--he would use it, and forget to track his spending and we'd go over.) I'm also going to pick up something for me from him.

But what my grandparents do for our Christmas gifts (they are the best ever) is give us money, and we go buy what we want with the money. (This year is a good one, because for once when we do get the money all of the bills will be caught up, and everything will be good) Anyway, I have been so caught up in TTC, and other such stuff that I don't even know what to get myself with it (let alone what I'm gonna have DH get me) I'm sitting here racking my brain to try and figure out what it should be, but i'm at a complete loss.

So, what do you want for Christmas? What do you plan on getting DH?

I don't normally ask for anything for Christmas so DH doesn't normally get me anything. This year I'm really drawn to either this Necklaces, Pearl Necklaces, Gold Necklaces, Diamond and More from Kay Jewelers or this Necklaces, Pearl Necklaces, Gold Necklaces, Diamond and More from Kay Jewelers. I have no idea what I'm getting him.

I don't know what I want....I normally always get clothes.
One of the things I am getting dh is a portable translator different languages. Since we are moving to Belgium I figured it would come handy

Usually I get clothes/accessories, too. I have asked for a winter coat and a new pair of everyday shoes. But I don't know what to ask for from DH. Sometimes we don't even get each other anything because we can't think of anything

, the new Halo, and slippers) to everyone else for him. I wish I would just get money from everyone and be able to get matching tables in the living room... oh my dreams

I am having a hard time here as well. I really do not want much at all. We just bought our first home and are trying to be careful with our money. My fiance won't buy that though and has already asked me what I want. My bday is also on 11/27, so I've told him perfume or a new charm for my pandora bracelet that represents my angel.

We're going awya for the weekend instead of buying gifts. We will do stocking stuffers for each other, but we dont need/want anything else. We buy things we want/need year round. I hate buying stuff just to have stuff to give DH

I never know what to tell Dh to get me for Christmas. Dh is so hard to buy for. He hates useless gifts so I always try to get him something I know he will use. This year I got him a camera that he can put in the woods where he hunts to see what is coming in.

This Christmas is going to be hard. I lost my mother on April 25th. It was sudden. She was without a doubt my very best friend and we spent everyday together (my parents live in an inlaw attached to my home). I have been buying presents and even listening to Christmas music, but I am sort of dreading Christmas morning.

All of the things I 'want' right now are $$. I just bought a Droid X the other day and I want a Nook and a MAC laptop. Not sure if I'll get any of them

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I lost my mom on March 22 of this year also. She was my best friend and my rock all of my life. I lost her a month before I got married. I got married on April 24th. I know what you mean by Christmas this year is going to be hard. I am not looking forward to Thanksgiving or Christmas this year.

i'm not sure what I want for christmas...I get so wrapped up in the kids christmas, that i don't think of myself...Last year DH got me an ipod, which I love!!! he usually gets me gift cards to old navy, bath and body works etc...I like being able to go out and buy myself some things....I guess it all depends on if he gets his christmas bonus, we never know if he'll get it or not, or when...If he doesn't get it, then i'm not going to worry about me or him, and just worry about the kids...I'm not sure what to get him, he doesn't ever use the gifts I get him...He needs clothes, and I know he wants a throw blanket like I have on the couch, but he wants his own....Other then that i'm not sure at all.

My DH, is rather easy to shop for generally speaking. I usually am too, what with clothes, books, scrapbooking stuff, and kitchen items but, this year it seems all so.....I don't know materialistic? I think it's because what I really want (BFP) cannot be bought at Wal Mart.
I think this year, and all the bills that have had to be paid, and becoming used to not having a lot of money left over I haven't really let myself have any real desires.
