Hi Ladies, last month I was sure I was pregnant...some of you may have read my post. I had my usual early pregnancy symptoms including a very metallic taste in my mouth. But, come the 2nd and 3rd I had some spotting and I was sure I was out, but AF never did come.

Well, by that Monday (when I was able to go get bloodwork done 'cause still not positive) the witch came...literally as I was getting ready to go to the doctor. I had cramps two days prior to the witch and four days after. The doctor said I didn't have to have the bloodwork. He was considering it a chemical.

I swore to not try this month and just go get a dog. But, as soon as I started noticing ovulation symptoms we tried. I had confirmed ovulation (I feel it) on Tuesday afternoon. So here I am once again in the 2WW, but I am not at all hopeful. I am trying not to think too much about it and thankful that it's the holidays and I can focus on cooking/baking and decorating.

If things change for me I'll keep you girls updated. A few of you have been so sweet to me, and have kept up with me a bit. I am truly appreciative. I wish you all very happy holidays and I hope you all get your BFP's as your favorite gift, no matter what holiday you'll be celebrating.

I'm new (or a returning old-timer) to the TTC boards and haven't seen your story really, but I'm still sorry for your loss. Getting your hopes up and then the witch coming anyway is hard I hope you get your BFP <3

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.

Thank you, Girls. I'm hoping we fair better this time. I appreciate your well-wishes.
I re-read my post and think I have my days a bit wrong as far as when the witch came, but she was about a week late. Just wanted to clairfy.
What was hardest is that she seemed to come on the 4th, after spotting on the 2nd and 3rd...then stopped. Then started back up on that Monday. I thought it was implantation bleeding...but no.

But, at least I found it in me to try...yet again...and a holiday BFP would be so great. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, but just barely.
