...what is it that you miss the most?

For me it would definitely be ibuprofin. I don't need it as much now that I'm going to the chiropractor, but my shoulder is killing me this evening and tylenol just isn't NEARLY as good.

*sigh*

nothing!

The only thing I do besides eat and breath is drink a cup of coffee in the morning...I don't drink a lot of coffee, so I wont give it up till i'm pregnant...I've been TTC for so dang long that I pretty much live like i'm pregnant all the time.

My pain meds will be a biggie.... How soon before O do you have to stop taking ibuprofin. I have terrible back pain and have a script for 800mg. My Midwive gave me a card to a Chiropractor but they can not see me until Dec 6th and O date should be around Dec 1st.
Will Chiropractors see you if your pregnant? They asked me when I called for my appt if I was. I said not right now but could be by my appt time.

I wish I had seen my chiropractor when pregnant!! My hips went out around the 5th month and I didn't go until DS was 6 months old. Now I see him regularly, even when pregnant!

I don't really give up much while TTC except for after ovulation. I don't drink much caffeine- so I give up my 1 cup of coffee those two weeks. I occasionally will have a glass of wine or drink, but also just kind of suspend those those two weeks too. Otherwise I eat healthy, and I rarely take pain meds and if I do it's typically Tylenol.

I don't give up anything anymore. I live my life and if I get pregnant then I will stop as I have in the past. I only drink on holidays, I stopped smoking and the caffeine, well I love my coffee!!

I hope you girls feel better soon!

I haven't.....I still drink coffee in the morning, I don't take as much Ibuprofen as I use to, Tylenol does the trick most of the time.

Mine said that they'll just have to "do things a little differently" when I get pregnant. lol. He hasn't explained what exactly they'll do differently...especially at the beginning when I won't be showing or such so my belly won't be in the way that much. I do a lot of physical therapy along with it though, and there a machine they have called the power plate that I do stretches on. I'll stop using that when I ovulate, since it vibrates (which is actually supposed make the stretches more effective and such). There's no proof it does anything to a pregnancy, but we just don't want to risk it.

As for the ibuprofin, I only took it during the worst day of my cramps on my period and I won't take it again until (if) I start my period again.
