I been wondering if it's worth taking soy this month just to see if it will move O up a couple of days. What do you girls think? (Not TTC this month)

This was my second month taking Soy. Last month I O'd CD 19 and this month was CD 17. I keep hearing wonderful things about Soy and now Im a believer!!

When in your cycle did you take it?

First cycle I took it 5-9....Second cycle I took it 4-8. I meant to take it CD3-7 second cycle but forgot it so I took it 4-8... I took 100mg of Clomid before so I took 200mg first cycle of Soy and took 260mg this past cycle.

Patty, that's up to you Soy didn't work for me... it really messed up my fertility signs and I couldn't figure out when I ovulated... but it seems to work for so many of the ladies!

hmm, I've never heard anything about this, so this is good to read about.

I'd take it and do it regularly just to keep a rhythm going in your cycle even tho you're not ttc, if that makes sense.
