I took her in for her appointment today and her blood pressure was high and she had protein in her urine. So over to the hospital we went. I am at home now with my niece and nephew and my mom and her fiance are there with her. They broke her water about 2 hours ago! Please pray for the safe arrival of my new nephew 
UPDATE:
Welcome to the world Hunter Allen! 6lbs 8oz 20 1/4 inches long!  Pics tomorrow I promise!
