I'm back home from our Thanksgiving trip, which was fabulous. lol

So, last night DH and I BD'd for the first time since AF arrived, so our first TTC bd. And no matter what he did I couldn't really get going. We ended up finishing but I was still fairly dry so it was a little uncomfortable. Normally lubrication isn't an issue on my end.

So....performance anxiety on my end? After it was over it really hit me that we're really actually trying to get pregnant and I was terrified for a few minutes and hand to calm myself down a little.

Have any of you experienced something like this?

I think this happened the first couple of times after my D&C. I think deep down I was afraid it would physically damage me or something so I was very tense. I recommend some lube and hope it goes better next time!

YES! So very much so... now that we've been doing it so long that it's not even a thought any more. Don't get me wrong there are those days, so I'd rather not talk about "it's o time" that does kill the mood sometimes.

Once in a while for me when we are having sex around o time it is just not as much enjoyable. I think it is a mental thing for me, like it is something I have to do instead of want to do.

I have this issue every single time. He usually has to go down on my to even be able to enter. We're hoping to try preseed this month and see if it works. (Though last time I used preseed I hated it.)

I think if you've not had issues like this before then it may very well be anxiety. Hopefully, this will be the only time so you can enjoy it next time.

I don't know if I have O'd yet but if not will do so in the next few days. Looks like we'll be in the 2ww together and I pray you get your bfp hun.
