Just lurking, but I had the same thing happen to me last year. I got pregnant shortly before my dad passed away in July, had a m/c in Aug, got pregnant again in September, and started bleeding and thought I had another m/c, but when I didn't pass any tissue I knew something was different and wrong so I was diagnosed with an ectopic. They tried methotrexate and it didn't work so at the end of Oct I was rushed in for emergency surgery and had my left fallopian tube removed. The doctor said my right tube looked good and to wait 2 months before TTC again, but TTC was the last thing on my mind. We had DTD several times and never got pg so I figured I wasn't meant to have a baby and didn't bother using any form of BC. In January we DTD 4 or 5 days before I was suppose to O, thinking I was ok, and like you after my surgery could feel ovulation and on what side, started having O pains on my right side, which was a first since my surgery they had always been on my left. Anyway 3 days after I O'd I knew I was pregnant, just needed the test to back it up. I had sore BB's, wanted to eat non stop, nausea didn't kick in for me until I was about 5 weeks. I started taking IC's about 7 DPO and got my BFP at 10 DPO. When I got the BFP I went to the doc and had my beta's drawn, they confirmed I was pregnanct, my HCG was 12. So, to answer your question, yes you can get pregnant naturally with one tube. Although I did only have 2 months in between the surgery and getting pregnant again, I think sometimes my body made it feel like I ovulated on one side, but actually did on the other side. Anyway, good luck! It can happen
