A little TMI maybe... Yesterday I had some pretty serious spotting. It would show up on a pantyliner but not when I wiped, just a little pink tinge. This went on for about half the day yesterday, almost enough to make me count yesterday as CD1 (but there was no flow, just heavy spotting). It continued through the night, and when I went to the bathroom this morning, the floodgates released. Man, I forgot just how MESSY a houseguest AF actually is!
I'm actually really excited. The OPKs, temping, everything was very confusing because my body really wasn't giving me clear signs since I hadn't returned to a normal cycle yet. At best I was taking an educated guess about when I O'd, when to expect AF (I would have said Friday so actually I was pretty close!), etc. This is a new beginning for me, and time to start trying again for real. I'm very excited to officially be back TTC
Plan:
CBEFM
OPKs
Charting
80mg Soy Isoflavones CD 5-9
FertilAid
Sperm Meets Egg plan
Robitussin (guafenesin) on days we will BD
Maybe that sounds like a lot... But I like doing everything I can to feel involved. Here we go!

It pretty much says:
Start BDing every other day on CD 8.
When you get your first + OPK, BD for three days in a row.
Take one day off and BD one more time.
I read something about there being a 40% success rate with this plan as far as fertilization goes if you follow it to the letter, barring overriding medical issues. You can Google it for more, but that pretty much covers it.

Oh, and start taking OPKs on CD10.
Yeah, it's really not a lot at all. It's pretty common sense...
