For those of you that feel ovulation... When you start to feel the cramping, or I call it "ovary mush", is that the beginning? OR is it too late, did I miss the window of conception?

Im sorry I cant help, but Im really interested to see if anyone has an answer to this. Ive read all kinds of different things about when the pain happens. But I can tell you its not too late to db when you feel the pain, the egg lives for 12 to 24 hours after O.

I'm stumped as well. You could start charting with a BBT to track ovulation.

I always feel the pain BEFORE I O so I wouldn't think it's too late. Besides, the egg lives for 24 hours so even if it was right when you O'd, you still have that window.
