DH is sick tonight...wonder if a fever could hurt the little swimmers...

Ive asked my Dr about body temperature, because we have a hot tub that we keep at a fairly low temp but wanted to make sure we werent doing any damage. We were told that as long as his temp doesnt go above 101 it should be ok! Is dh taking anything to try to keep his temp down?

Just found this on the Mayo Clinic site:
Fact: The flu slows sperm production. An illness that causes a fever can affect sperm production and sperm quality. But it won't affect fertility for two to three months, since it takes sperm 75 days to mature.

Thanks everyone...I've been stuffing him with motrin and tylenol all day! Of course I don't think I'm going to get anything out of him tonight! It's his birthday, and I think all he wants to do is sleep. I guess we'll just have to hope that last night was enough. (my 4 kids now were all conceived on ONCE for the entire month!)
