...and I'm OK with that. I had my first RE appt today for my recurrent losses, and I will be going through a whole batch of tests/procedures during my second cycle after this latest m/c. I had an ultrasound and she thinks my AF will be back in about 3 weeks (I had a follie on my left ovary), and my hcg is finally negative. I went for a whole bunch of blood tests - about 10 vials - for all of the anti-phospholipidis, lupus, b12 deficiencies, karyotyping, etc. She said her best guess is that I have a progesterone issue, but they won't know for sure until they can do further tests. I'll also have a hysteroscopy in February.

All of this sounds scary, but hopefully we will be able to figure out what is going on. I REALLY liked the RE, especially the part when she told me that they will be "watching me like a hawk" next time I get pg. I'm actually feeling really positive about the whole thing, and can't wait for my AF to show her face.

Thanks girls - I'm just so excited to be seeing someone who has a plan for me. I know that everything may come back normal, and that there may be NO reason for the losses, but I'm OK with that too. I'm also actually looking forward to the break from the stresses of TTC (and I think DH is too!!) hee hee.

Awesome! It does feel better to have someone pay attention to all the "little things" at this point. Hopefully you will get some answers, or at least have your mind eased a bit. Feb or March will be here in a snap!
