Has anybody heard if sleep position is important in getting pregnant? On your back or on your stomach...right after you bd or during the weeks after you bd?.....Should the egg implant on the back of your uterus on the front or on the side..does it matter??
It just dawned on me that both times I got pregnant I wasn't trying to get pregnant so I wasn't worried about how I slept, so I just slept on my stomach like always..

I guess I think you should sleep on your back right after bding or during the weeks after so that the egg won't get squished ..I know that may sound stupid but this is what I was thinking. Ever since I've been trying to get pregnant I've been sleeping on my back..and no pregnancy..I don't know, what do you guys think??

Well- I'm pretty sure the egg won't get squished by sleeping on your stomach- it's pretty well protected in there. But after BDing you should lay on your back and elevated for at least a 1/2 hour(I think that's how long). But if you happen to have a tilted uterus then it's better to BD with you laying on your stomach and DH from behind. Other than that I don't think it really matters how you sleep.
