OK so with this BFP storm, just wanted to know how many took soy this time? Just curious?!?!?!

ME ME ME ME, I've been taking soy for a while now.... first cycle or two on 80mg, then the last 4 (or 5) 160mg.

Like...in a vitamin form or soy milk intake. I didn't know so helped fertility.

It's Soy Isoflavones. If you do a search on it and ttc you'll find lots of info.
I took 100mg CD 3-7.

Soy can hurt fertility so be careful. They are talking about Soy Isoflavones. It is "natures clomid".

This was my 2nd cycle taking it when I got my BFP! I took 280mg CD 4-8.

Loving this!!! OK this was my first cycle after the loss and first cycle taking Soy Isof. I took 80mg CD 5-9...and FINALLY O'd on CD 20 so that puts me 2 DPO...let the IPS begin!!!!
