Ok, this was the first month I tried soy. 100mg cd 3-7 and preseed. It was also a cycle right after a chemical, and the last chemical I had, I got pg the cycle right after. Not recommending that though

1.) Did you try anything new this cycle?I took soy, even though all our pregnancies have been accidents or 1st month trying, but I just wanted the extra boost since it was the first month after a loss. I also was on prenatals the whole time which was unusual for me.
2.) If you did what did you try and how much?
The soy was 200 mg on day 3 - 7
3.) Words of encouragement?
I know it's lame but I'd just say to relax and have fun and that I think every baby is conceived when they're supposed to be. I know lots of people cringe when they hear that and I can't pretend to know what it's like to try for several months or years with no luck so I'll just send over truckloads of baby dust!

Help us out
1.) Did you try anything new this cycle?
Lots!
2.)If you did what did you try and how much?
I was on Femara 50mg.
Used pre seed and LOTS of it. Ive used it before but I figured Id pour it on this cycle! Make it like a super slide water park for those swimmers!
I squeezed a half a lemon into a cup of warm water EVERY morning, (And it SUCKED) lol
I drank 2 cups of spearmint tea every morning.
We dtd Dec 2, 4, 5 and 6. I Oed on the 5th. We made sure there was a minumun of 24 hours between each time (as per Drs suggestion) Except for the 6th but it was after O, so at that point I dont think it makes a difference.
Oh and I went out and bought a baby blanket and put it under my pillow, I slept with it at night.
3.) Words of encouragement?
Even when it seems like EVERYTHING is against you, stick with it! This cycle the awful nurse called in the wrong prescription, so my meds got messed up, I didnt bother with the injectables cause of it. When we tried to dtd, we had so many interruptions. lol, and a few other stupid things that just made me think I should just not even bother trying.
I cant wait to see you all graduate soon!!

The only thing I did differently was stay on the baby aspirin, and the folic acid before we even tried to concieve. Then seven days after ovulation I went on the prometrium and the prenatals.
Words of encouragment.....never give up. I know I have come so close at times, but really...I never totally gave up hope. Keep going friends...I want to see all of you get those bfps and get those beautiful babies here....love you all!

1.) Did you try anything new this cycle? Not much new, was my second cycle doing everything.
2.) If you did what did you try and how much? Soy 280mg CD 4-8, Metformin 1000mg a day, at least 1 cup Spearmint Tea a day, We skipped Preseed that month... And we upped dtd.... We started a week before predicted O and would go two day dtd then rest one day then two days dtd then rest one day..etc..
3.) Words of encouragement? Never give up! I was getting to the end of what else I could do and finally told myself I just needed to relax and also enjoy the sex... and I did... So just dont give up and try to relax. Im beginning to think stress does play a part of conceiving and or not conceiving.

1.) Did you try anything new this cycle?
Nothing new that I can think of off the top of my head...
2.) If you did what did you try and how much?
It was my 2nd cycle using dhea, did soy 160mg CD5-9, take my prenatals, 2400mch's of folic acid (per peri due to meds I'm on), drink green tea latte's allot LOL
3.) Words of encouragement?
I agree with everyone, NEVER GIVE UP HOPE, hope is what keeps us keeping on and trying to make our dreams come true! I've been to my wits end, getting down n depressed because it's been so long but then here we are... we're pregnant FINALLY!
try not to stress it, it seems impossible to do... however the less time spent on obsessing on all the elements you cannot control, control the things you can and try not to otherwise... I know that DH & I have been much happier lately and are enjoying each other more, not focusing on ttc as a whole as much... altho I temp/chart as well as opk's, but didn't put huge amounts of stress them as much as in the past.
It's just one of those things... can't say that it's been a fun journey, but I think I've learned some things about myself in the process, some things about life as well. One thing that I'm trying to take in full heart is "enjoy each day, one day at a time" in general. I used to be such a happy, bubbly, free spirited person and then the last year n a half has been hard more downs than ups.... but we kept trucking thru

Katie, you are so sweet. I can't wait for your announcement.
This month I took bromelain (a pineapple extract) for the first time, since I was worried about a thin lining. I took 3 tablets per day until O. I also switched to decaf coffee and green tea. I don't know if it was the bromelain or the green tea, but I had tons of ewcm for the first time.
I feel cliche saying this, but really don't let ttc rule your life and don't give up.

1.) Did you try anything new this cycle?
No, not really... unless you count being on vacation during ovulation??
2.) If you did what did you try and how much?
Really, I was just taking prenatals. (I started taking them after my BFP last time). And I guess the timing was right this time. It was so hard for us to get the timing right between DH's and my schedules!
3.) Words of encouragement?
The other ladies have said it very well! Keep on trying.. Make sure DH understands what all is involved with TTC (I think that was some of our timing issue before!). I am so glad that we were on vacation during ovulation because we didn't have to worry about getting timing right. My cycles are typically irregular, so I couldn't plan when to take a vacation, it just worked out that way!
