Hey ladies. I've had my hcg and progesterone checked lately and I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice. Here are my levels:
13 dpo- hcg=183....progesterone=20.5
17 dpo- hcg=1167....progesterone=18.2

Dr said everything looked fine. However, I'm concered with my progesterone dropping a little. I'm definitly going to ask for more bloodwork. Should I be concerned? Should I ask for progesterone supplements? FYI, it was different labs and with 2 different drs. So idk what I should do. I was thinking about getting that cream from gnc but idk if it'll help.

Thanks in advance!

I'd hope that if it is concerning that the Dr would have mentioned something about it, but girl if you're worried CALL THEM and ask. It won't hurt to get the opinion of one of the dr's or nurse's then have them have dr call you as well.

Sorry I'm no help

It is entirely normal for progesterone to "bounce around" in early pregnancy. I think the "low end" level is 10...but don't quote me because I am going off of my minimal knowledge on the subject. It has been brought up in our RE appts, since I have multiple early losses. My aunt had a defect with her progesterone and it went down to 3 and she managed to save the pregnancy with progesterone suppositories (she went on to have healthy twin boys!).

I am not sure about progesterone over the counter. I would be worried it is not pregnancy safe, since the progesterone prescribed is natural and the synthetic ones can be dangerous to a pregnancy (most of them have warnings, even the natural prescription ones, not to take during pregnancy). I would hold off on that and ask the doc. Most will prescribe if you "demand" it because it doesn't hurt anything. But those numbers are fine otherwise, you would have a while to drop for them to be dangerous.

Your hcg looks beautiful! If you're concerned about your progesterone stay on them to keep testing it. It's normal for it to bounce around, but better safe than sorry.
