I am a little upset that she didn't even try 4d. After all it cost me $150 what I had done and they didn't do the 4d. I thought it would have been cool to have a few pics in 4d. My pics aren't that great either. I hope the dvd is better. Maybe I can post a link to the dvd.

Toe (U/s tech asked DH if he had a big toe b/c she said our little boy looks like he has one on the u/s)

Is it just me or does my placenta look huge?

Gabriel Matthew- Induced @15w4d on 12/16/09 (Partial Molar Pregnancy). Took 6 1/2 months reach negative after 3 methotrexate injections, D&C 2/19/10, & 6 rounds of chemo Act-d.

I am doing alright. I am so nervous about telling our parents. Still no swelling or high bp!
Having the doppler has helped a ton! It has helped to keep me sane. Not sure how I would have made it w/o it.
We go for our official anatomy scan on the 7th.

Beautiful baby boy there Lisa! I bet your so excited! BTW....I am not sure about the placenta...since its a 2d pic its hard to tell if its just the angle on the u/s....so try not to worry about it...congrats!

I love your pics and you can sure tell it's a boy. To be honest, my 3d pics from my last pregnancy just looked like an alien. I have to pay $325 for a regular u/s so you're getting a steal. When are you going to tell?
Oh and it looks like you have an anterior placenta, at least that is what my pics looked like.

That it what the u/s tech said it is anterior. That is the only thing she said since it was just for entertainment. Not medical purpose.
We are telling on Christmas. I am getting really nervous.
I have two options to tell them:
I can't decide if I just want to tell them I have a DVD (of u/s) for them to watch and not tell them what it is
or
DH and I got pics with him making a heart over my belly. We got lots of copies. I thought about putting them in an album with the u/s pics and letting them all open them at once.

OMG! He is adorable and gorgeous. You will love that picture of his face when he is born. We have one of Liam at 30 weeks where he is looking right at us...and he actually looks like that pic  I am so incredibly happy for you and your little man growing strong in there.
I had an anterior placenta too...and it looked just like that. I was like "is his face jambed in there?" They just laughed and said it was normal for the location. And man, you can certainly tell he is a boy  I bet DH is soooo proud!!
I personally like the photo album picture idea. Most people, despite labeling, have NO idea what they are looking at on sonogram pics. At least in my experience. So belly pics and a couple sono pics would be a nice way of telling them.
Does Mr. Man have a name yet?
