So I normally have a 30 day cycle and O around cd 18. Well, I am using my cbfm this month and today, cd11 I got a high reading. I wouldn't think too much about it but after going to the toilet, I had a bit of stretchy mucus (sorry for TMI). My LP is 12 days.

I know there were quite a few posts of O'g early. Can this really be a good thing? I'm so scared to try right now because I ovulated cd 8 or 9 with Elijah.

I'm trying so hard to put this all in God's hands but it helps knowing others have O'd early too and everything turned out ok.

I should be O'g at the end of next week and now I may be testing next week. It would be amazing to get a bfp before the end of the year.

I would trust it, and it's normal to have off cycles some months. There is no scientific reason that I can think of as to why O'ing early would have anything to do with what happened to Elijah. I hope you get a New Years surprise!

I would get several days of high readings on the CBEFM before I got a peak reading. I would trust it and start BD'ing. You don't want to miss your window.

Definitely trust it, the CBEFM will give you allot more days in your fertility window which is what can help you get pregnant quicker.... opk's are great and all, charting is wonderful as well but it doesn't tell you anything until after you ovulated... so with the CBEFM it measures 2 hormones instead of just one like opk's. So BD now, now, now!!! Tomorrow, the next day and so on... even after you get a peak then go back down to high before going back to low you need to keep bd'ing Pamela.

honey!!!

I agree I would totally BD like crazy. I asked my doctor about Oing early and she told me it really didn't make much of a difference as our body is just releasing the egg when its "ready". HTH! G/L and I hope you catch that egg!
