yikes! I guess my body is still not quite back to normal?? I just finally got a + OPK at day 20 this morning! Merry Xmas to me, I guess(kind of). I was beginning to think my body wasn't going to ovulate.

I generally O between cd16-18, but I got a positive opk and a peak reading on my monitor yesterday on cd24. I've never o'd that late before. The latest I've ever o'd before that (while I was keeping track to ttc) is cd21.

My + OPKs and Peak readings on my monitor come anywhere from CD 18 - CD 24, and we were able to get pregnant and stay pregnant with Drew! Everyone's body is different, and while it's incredibly annoying to have long cycles when you're TTC, chances are you're fine I was hoping for a +OPK on Christmas day, what a treat for you! I hope you guys have been BDing like fools!

April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.

Thanks for the responses. This is the first month we've been using OPK's, so I dont know what my cycles are usually like as far as O date. We have been trying like fools.

From what I've read it doesn't matter when you O, it's more important to have a 14 day LP. I've known plenty of ladies who O'd around CD 20-28 and still got BFP! So, WHOO HOO for a + OPK!!! Hope you caught that eggie!!!

I used to have really long cycles, my ovulation with both my boys was around cd 40. My LP is only 12days, always has been and I've been pregnant 5 times, 3 here and 2 losses. 14 days is just the average but some can have a bit longer or a bit shorter. I think under 10 is not good.
I hope you catch the eggie hun

I conceived my 7 year old daughter on cd 30. In fact, my cycle was so messed up that month that I had a false LH surge with positive OPK around cd 21, but my temps never went up and then I had another surge around cd 28 and ovulated 2 days later. I had early ultrasounds confirming my dates exactly, and I obviously went on to have a healthy pregnancy. Good luck, and get busy!
