Ultrasound and physical exam show that there is nothing left. I'm only spotting now.

The doctor said that, with my age, two miscarriages, and MTHFR in my family it is up to us if we want to do some testing now. He called me a candidate for the tests; not committing to saying that we needed it yet. He said they usually don't find much but that we can think about it and I can schedule testing.

He also said that we can try again in a month or two (I expected 3 months).

Hubby and I are thinking about the testing. They offered; I could accept but I might just try again and see what happens. They can test me at any time.

I have an annual scheduled for Feb 2nd so I have that much time to decide.

These doctors are so sweet and compassionate. I wish I could recommend everyone to see them but then I'd never get an appointment!

I'm feeling a little better but I'll still be terrified when I see those two lines again.

Thanks in advance for all of your support!
Carrie

I'm so sorry for your loss But your doctors sound great, and I hope that whatever your decision, you will have a little one in your arms soon!

I'm glad you have such wonderful docs to help you through your journey That makes such a huge difference. I'd probably get the testing done, but that's just me because I'm paranoid... What are you leaning toward doing?

I'd probably get the testing done too, just because I'd want to know that I'm not wasting time when I could be doing something different . . . but having awesome doctors is great . . . I wish I could find a doc that I love. I've switched insurance since my last child and I just haven't found one I bonded with yet! I'm moving soon though, so I hope I get lucky in my next city!
