I got CH on CD 22. So does that mean that, because of my CD 22 temp, I ovulated sometime before I took my temp that morning, in order to produce that temp? Or does that mean that because of the temp I got that morning, I ovulated sometime during the day on CD 22? It's not above the coverline, it's a temp between my temp drop and the coverline, on my way up to the temp spike.

I know the difference of a few hours is negligible really, considering we did a perfectly fine job of covering our bases (although I really wish we had filled in the one blank day, and maybe DTD one more time at the end!). More than anything I'm just curious.

Info? Thoughts?

The crosshairs show up on the day you ovulated, so you ovulated sometime on CD22. I have noticed that even if I ovulated on that day but before I temp (like in the middle of the night) my temp still doesn't rise until the next morning. So I think all you can say is sometime on CD22. I hope you caught the eggy!

I agree with Nicole and also want to add that it's not because of the temp on CD22 that FF gave you CH on CD22 but because of the temps afterwards.. because they are higher. FF will give you CH on the last day with low temps before a temp rise that shows 3 consecutive days of temps that are higher than the previous few days of temps. I hope that makes sense. You could have ovulated anytime on CD22. It could have been before you took your temp (but not too long before - just not long enough before to start producing progesterone), or it could have been noon, or 2 pm, etc.. the important thing was that you ovulated sometime that day, hence you started producing progesterone which raised your temperature in time for the next morning's temp. I hope you caught the eggie!!
