Is it normal to feel totally exhausted to the point of lightheaded? It could be from trying to rest as much as I can today to allow my body to take care of its self. What symptoms should I expect to have during this?

I wouldn't say feeling lightheaded is normal. I think you're going through a m/c right now right? (sorry ) Are you bleeding a lot? You might want to take an iron supplement and call up your doc and let him know how you're feeling. This happened to me while I was passing retained tissue in a heavy bout of bleeding.

I believe I just passed the sac...it looks exactly like what the ER dr and online shows. I think being lightheaded is from stress over the miscarriage.

I'm so sorry If your bleeding is very heavy and you continue feeling lightheaded, please get yourself checked out.

My bleeding hasent really bed to heavy. About a medium period for me. But I am pretty sure i have passed the sac and have had a lot of clots passed today. Since passing the "sac" the bleeding seems to be easing up some
