Welcome back lovely lady! I hope you fall pregnant quickly! I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week right now trying to lose weight and I am trying to eat healthier but I'm not really on a "diet". Hope some others can help you with this!

Welcome back!
I don't follow any diet either. I try to eat healthy that's it. I tried all the fertility diets and such before and whats funny is the too main ones completely contradict each other. So I gave up and just eat healthy and try to be active.

I have just been walking a brisk walk each day for 30 minutes. I do this EVERYDAY though. I use walking my dogs as an excuse. If you are serious about losing weight though, you will need to also diet or at least eat healthier. In order to do this you must find out how many calories your body burns on a daily basis to just run (ex. beat heart, digest food, breath). Basically times your body weight x 15 and you will get your body's daily calorie burn off. You will need to eat 500 calories less than this in order to lose a pound a week without exercise. Exercise ups your weight loss. I have lost 8lbs in the last 2 weeks by just doing this. Also, keep a daily food journal to help you figure out how many calories you have ate and burned off. I also do this. Everydayhealth.com has a good one. Just don't starve yourself and eat as healthy as you can and you will be on the right track!

I was on a 5, 6, 7 day regimen of power walking /jogging thru trails (up n down hills and rough terraine) 7-12 miles depending on which trail I decided to take that day. It made me feel spectacular! However I have not been doing this lately... unfortunately too busy.
My best suggestion, start with walking... increase the milage and pace as the weeks go by. I highly recommend the Nike+ shoes and insert to use along with your iPod. LOVE it! It tells you your milage, your pace, goes with your music and mroe.... it is a huge motivator. I HIGHLY recommend it, it's worth every penny.
As far as eating... eat when you're hungry, graze and try not to eat huge meals... several small ones are best. Portion control is a BIG BIG contributor to people gaining or losing weight. Use a kid size plate, bowl or measure everything... that helps too. This way you're keeping track, but not neccisarily limiting yourself on things you like. UP your FIBER.... veggies & fruits, whole grains...

Thanks everyone for all your kind words and advice. Fingers crossed I can put them into action and have a bfp soon. Just thought I'd ask you girls aswell we're planning a family holiday in September and trying to keep in mind that hopefully I could be pregnant by then so have ruled out our first place we were wanting to visit which was Thailand, so we were thinking Fiji would be a great place to take the kids. Wat do you guys think of that during pregnancy?
Thanks again ladies, all my love xx
