Might be a dumb question...charting

How do you chart after a miscarriage? Is day 1 of bleeding during the miscarriage considered cd 1? I want to start TTC after my first cycle and want to go ahead and get back into the habit of temping again. Thanks in advance.

I'm probably not much help, but I didn't start to temp till I actually got my first AF...someone else might be able to answer your question better.

I had a D&C after my loss and used that as CD1, but I think that you would use the first day of bleeding as CD1. But keep in mind that your first few cycles may be a little off.

That's how I've heard others do it, but like Nicole says, it might not be a normal cycle. I'm really sorry about your little bean

I counted CD1 as my first day of bleeding, not sure if it's right, but my O date was actually normal for me, which I was totally surprised at! So, for me, I think when I marked CD1 was right.
