So this might be it... the beginning of the end. Hpt is lighter, idk what possessed me to poas but I did... yep lighter. For being 6+ weeks is think it should be dark.
I'm freezing cold literally. I have no one right now.
.....update.....
Not much to tell, they did an abdominal u/s with this little machine... at first the NP thought she saw something, but went to get the Dr. Dr tried a little different angle. Told her my uterus is tilted and she said oh wow your cervix IS really tilted. And she had a hard time seeing anything, but a halo and says she saw a sac. I saw nothing, she pointed out the halo and the dark spot she said is the sac but it was so hard to see. Said the t/v u/s should show allot more. I'm not holding my breath... she had me get betas... They were both trying to convince me everything is fine, that maybe I'm not as far along as I think and perhaps I'm only 4, 5 weeks. Told them that I track my cycles with opk's and temping/charting so it's impossible the dates were wrong. Then dr says well it can take a week to implant to which I replied I got faint positives on hpt's at 10/11 dpo.
I've been peeing allot, RN did a urine dip stick and told me to remind her on thursday for the urine culture guess there might be some bacteria she saw on the dip stick she wants to further investigate.
I'm cramping, but I cannot tell if it's just my bladder or if it's my uterus. I kinda think it's the later tho 
No matter how this ends up, we're DONE ttc.

BTW, Imeant to say how wonderful you all are... cannot believe the amount of love, thoughts and prayers. I thank you all so much... so so so much!
01/05 UPDATE
Definitely going to lose babe, levels dropped allot. There's no hope. Still going for u/s and appt in the am tomorrow to see whats going on. I'm so pissed off I cant even cry today and I'm ******* stuck at work
01/06 update
I'm starting to bleed bright red blood and very painful cramps.
UPDATE 01/06 post u/s dr's appt
So the u/s SUCKED. My uterus is FULL of blood, it's obvious I was pg / losing this pregnancy... lining was very thick I could see that. They looked at my ovaries said it doesn't look like it was ectopic and asked if I was having pain on either side in particular... of course after I leave the appt I have tons of pain on the left side!
She perscribed 4 cytotec which I've taken about half an hour ago and am in bed with the heating pad on my back, it's not doing jack****. I took a pain med, but I think I need another just hate the way it makes me feel.

Celena, don't go into panic mode. HPT's can mess with you. Did you call your doctor? Can you go in for betas?

I'm leaving in a few minutes, but appt isn't until 1. Idk what they're going to do, but I'm asking for an ultrasound which I'm sure they'll do anyways
Think we're done, period.

Celena you know that some tests have different amounts of dye in them. I know it's hard but try to stay calm. I love you hun and I'm here for you. Praying they do an ultrasound and they see your beans little heart beating!

I had an HPT scare with Drew, too! But everything turned out fine! I don't feel like this is it for you and bean, and I really, really hope it isn't. It just can't be. I love you and I'm thinking of you, praying for you and your family. Please be okay!

Jan. 2009: Came off years of BCP and started TTC
March 2010: BFP -- finally!
Oct. 22, 2010: Drew is born, but has to stay in the NICU because of cord complications resulting in oxygen deprivation and brain problems =(
Oct. 27, 2010: I held him in my arms while Daddy, Grandma, Great-Uncle and I sang him to sleep =( Hardest thing I've ever done...
June 14, 2011: Drew's baby brother or sister waved hi to us with a BFP!
June 25, 2011: Natural miscarriage... Can we please catch a break here?
Nov. 2011: 100mg Clomid followed by 2mg Estrogen, Ovidrel trigger, and 200mg progesterone suppositories 2x/day 14 days. BFN.
Dec. 2011: 2nd medicated cycle. BFN.
Jan. 2012: Took a month off to breathe...
Feb. 2012: Same regimen of Clomid and other meds, add IUI. 2 eggs and 8.5 million swimmers. BFN.
March 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-11, follie scan CD 8 showed 6 follies likely to mature. Triggered, IUI on CD 14, 4 million swimmers. BFN.
April 2012: 75 IU Follistim CD 3-10. Scan showed 2 mature follies, 2 almost certain to mature, and two not likely but possible. (All 6 evenly and perfectly spaced out between the left and the right.) Triggered, IUI CD 13 with 5 million swimmers. BFN.
May 2012: 75 IU Follistim starting CD 3. Waiting to O. Timed intercourse. Likely 5 follies to mature.
