So I need some opinions on my chart.
I could have sworn that I ovulated last week. I get these bad gas like pains in my side and back...and if i look back on all my charts since May I ovulate when I get these pains. Actually the first time I really took notice of these pains, I was able to confirm ovulation with the CBEFM. Also, I have looked it up on google and apparently it is normal and can happen due hormones. So yeah I had those pains last week that I get every month.
I did take Soy this month...so not sure if that could have messed up my signs and maybe I still have not ovulated yet.
Last month I ovulated on CD28 which was unusual for me when all through last year I was ovulating between CD18-22.
Today I am having cramping and my nipples feel sore and have a slight burning sensation. I usually don't have those kinda symptoms until after I ovulate.
mac1981 Ovulation Charts
Can some of you take a look at my chart and tell me what you think? I think that maybe I ovulated between CD17 and 19 and just have a slow rise thing going on.... or maybe I just haven't ovulated yet??
Thanks for any input!

i'm not very good with charts, but your temps seem pretty low for after ovulation...I hope someone else is better help than me.
nevermind, I don't think your temps are low, I was just paying attention to your earlier cycle temps, which were much higher.

If I look at your chart, I would guess that you haven't ovulated yet or *maybe* that you ovulated on CD23??? But sometimes charts are just confusing and it's hard to tell. I hope you did ovulate already

I think you did not O yet. It looks like it could be another long cycle, like your previous one. You could be gearing up to O though... I'd keep up the BDing!!!

That is another thing that I forgot to mention! thanks for pointing that out haha. My temps after ovulation in other cycles has been higher... so that is another reason I wonder if I haven't ovulated yet.

Your temps on CD 10, 11, and 13 make it hard to tell If it weren't for those I'd say you might be having a slooooow rise going on, but I don't know... I'm not great with charts either. I'm no help, my best is to say keep BDing, keep temping, and FF will figure things out in retrospect. *interpretation fail*

You *may* have ovulated on Jan 1st and are just having a slow climb. I'm a slow climber, and it takes at least a week before I notice a clear pattern. However, I'd keep bd'ing until it's absolutely clear. Good luck!

I'm going to say cd23. It looks like It's just a slow rise cycle. Every cycle can be different than the last, including pre-o and post-o temps. If it weren't for the ewcm, I'd be more likely to say cd29.

Hmm if you did O (and I can't say for sure whether you did since your post O temps are still pretty low) I would say CD23 and maybe you have a slow rise but it's also possible you JUST Od CD25 or 26. Good luck hon!

With the updated temps I'm voting for #1 CD 26 or #2 my original guess of CD 23 with slow rise.

Doooo eeeeet. Baby Hopes has them, Early Pregnancy Tests has them, I'm sure other sites have them... Those are the cheapies. Like I mentioned before, I use those most of the month, then if I can't quite tell if a test is +, I'll use a CBE digi to confirm or deny. Not very expensive at all
