Has anyone ever heard of this or used/use it?

A friend of mine suggested I try it. She said it helps to regulate your hormones. Any opinions/thoughts?

I tried it for a few days and for some reason it did not agree with my stomach. I could not keep anything down after taking it

Both DH and I took it for a while. It did not help us get pregnant but I did notice it did help with cm. It is worth a try for you to take it, I have heard good stuff.
