You could get the tester kits to help you know if you're ovulating. I don't really know much about any of this.

I wish I could help, but I'm having kinda the same issue, but in a different way. I'm on day 10 of EWCM (but it's weird now). I used to know when I o'd too, but now I'm not sure.

Do you check internally or externally? It seems that I find more now checking internally when I used to be able to see tonnes externally.

I'm thinking of going with OPK's next cycle if all this crazy bd'ing doesn't work this cycle.

Your body just might not be producing EWCM and you can still be ovulating. I would suggest using OPK's. Or you can call your doctor and have them check your levels (they can see if you ovulated).

After a loss, more often than not, our bodies are thrown into a tailspin and it takes a while for our cycles to go back to "normal". After my 2nd loss my cycle completely changed and I went from 21 to 24 day cycles. So 24 was the "new me".

I suggest getting OPK's and start testing. It will help you track your cycle and figure out when you are about to ovulate.

I know how frustrating all of this can be. ((Hugs))

Yes! You might not have EWCM to check but could still have some inside of you

If you have problems producing EWCM, there are methods that can help with that.

Using Pre-Seed internal lubricant can give DH's boys an extra boost.

Using Mucinex or a specific type of Robitussin can help thin out CM as well. The active ingredient you're looking for is Guafenisin, nothing else! It's an expectorant and loosens up mucus throughout your entire body. You can Google for more info on Mucinex/Robitussin regimens and what exactly to look for if you want to buy it -- 'cause there are different types of both.

Lastly, I'd suggest at least using ovulation predictor kits, and if you can, charting your basal body temperature. These together can predict and confirm ovulation.

Hope that was helpful I'm sorry about your miscarriage and your body being rough on you now.
