I don't think I'm going to use my soy this month. I'm scared to death of the risks surrounding twins and I don't want to do anything that might increase those odds. Twins already run in my family... And I've decided not to reorder the FertilAid either. For how expensive it is, it's kind of just a glorified multivitamin. Yes, it has a few extra ingredients for TTC, but hardly any, and hardly any of each of them. It just doesn't feel worth it.
However, I did go pick up some other things I plan to use instead.
1. Lemons
2. Decaf green tea
3. Honey
4. Cinnamon
5. Geritol
6. B-6 (since my LP was shorter than normal this time around)
7. Folic Acid
8. Pregnancy Prep reproductive system support dietary supplement. I got this from Whole Foods, and by looking at the ingredients, it looks like a wonderful TTC prep
And I'll continue with my Pre and/or Pre-Seed, temping, and CBEFM.
Here we go! CD 1 of Cycle 2 and I'm ready to attack!!!

Looks like a good plan to me!
I agree with you on the Fertilaid. I was taking Fertility Blend when we conceived Ethan but I feel like it was just coincidence. I only took it the month we got pregnant so it doesn't seem like it would work that freakin fast.
I think a good multivitamin would do the trick!
Good luck ;] I will probably buy a freakin bag of lemons if AF comes haha.

Eeeeeeewwwwww
I took my Geritol and the pregnancy supplement and had a glass of green tea. (Next time I know not to do that at the same time, as green tea can hamper folic acid absorption.) Then I had Chinese food with extra garlic (TTC aid) and brown rice (TTC-friendly). Then I did my honey and cinnamon. Then I did the lemon juice. And I finished it all up with a glass of vitamin D whole milk. Let me tell you, I am NOT pleasant to be around right now. I am just stinking the place up. I can't even stand to sit in the same place that I'm stinking up because it's so bad. Oof! Next time I am NOT doing this all at once, gotta space it out a little. I'm just nasty right now.

You're too funny! I love it! I love your list! I've got a giant bag of lemons and got Geritol yesterday. I have to get Folic Acid too, because the Geritol doesn't have as much as a prenatal. By the way we're cycle buddies! I'm CD2 today too!

Erin, Thank you for making me laugh on a busy Monday morning at work. I love your plan. I have been taking Geritol for about a month now and I love my lemmon water. At least with the lemon in the water I am drinking water. Now all what I need is AF to deceide what it is going to do this month so I can really start everything.

I also did a TTC shopping trip recently, but it was to Fredericks of Hollywood instead. Fingers crossed for you!

B6 is to lengthen luteal phase. Mine was only 10 or 11 days this past cycle, and I'm used to my LP being 12 days.
Geritol is just a multivitamin, but for some reason there's an old wives' tale that it will help you get pregnant. *shrug* So I switched out my other multi for Geritol.
Lemons I think are really high in some certain vitamin or they clean up free radicals or something, I forget what... Sorry I'm not more help on that one.
And Lori, how fun Except that I'm probably not going to ovulate until sometime around CD 21, so we probably won't be buddies but for a couple of weeks. I hate waiting to O almost as much as I hate the 2WW!
