CD 26 and still no sign of AF, normally by now, I would be spotting, but nothing, still no real signs of AF coming. Today I woke feeling like the word was ending....that I was never going to get pg and that I should just give up. I got even more depress when I had some cramps and I thought more sure AF was here. I am very depress and don't know why....Part of me thinks that we won't get pg this month, another part think I have a good chance, I don't want to test because I don't want to get dissapointed.
Do you girls think our bodies know when we should and not get pg? I have this feeling that my body doesn't think it's a good time and I think this is a good time....sorry for the rant..

I definitely believe that the body knows, at least for me. That doesn't always mean that I am accurate in knowing what my body thinks. You're going to have to test at some point if you don't get your period. If you're sure it's late, then I would think about taking it. If you're not sure of the dates, then wait a bit.

Hugs! I feel like my body betrays me month after month. I get so down that I don't know how I'll ever pick myself back up. And usually when I feel that way I go on to PAL and I lurk. I read the ladies stories there and it gives me hope and pushes me forwards once again. I *try* to stay positive and optimistic but it's unrealistic to be that way all the time. We have to allow ourselves to feel however we are feeling at the moment. Hold on to hope though because without it I do not want to even think where I would be.

I think our bodies do know to a point. And in the past the months I was convinced I was out, was when I got a BFP.

BTW- didn't realize you were back on the TTC wagon!!

Thanks girls
We want to get pg now because we are spending a year abroad and I won't working so it's perfect. We want to do lots of traveling and I know if I get pg that will be put on hold for a while. We have been debating if we should go for one now or wait a little until we are back in the States but by then Alex will be 3 by the time we have the baby he would be almost 4 and I don't want such a big gap.....OMG i sound like a spoil brat! I'm so sorry....

I am sorry you are sad and feeling depressed. I wake up like that often and the fact that I am so old and the clock is almost done scares me even more. Like Katie, I hang onto hope, it is all I have left.

On another note, it sounds like you have a fun year ahead for you.
