I've never used them and need to know what they are all about and how to use them!! I have some being shipped to me right now so....tell me everything I should know about them please!
Well I only used OPKs a couple months and figured I was pretty regular and didn't really need to use them. I used an opk every morning and compared the color of the strip, but I was told by someone on here that morning urine wasn't the best to use. I wouldn't remember to do it the exact same time everyday if I didn't do it in the morning. But it is important to be consistent so that you don't miss o. What else would you like to know?

Thank you .:Shortcake:. for my awesome siggy!!
Ok so test at the same time everyday and how does it work, is it like HPT line shows up and that means it's time and if it's not there's only a control line? Just never used em before.
An OPK is only positive when the test line is as dark or darker than the control line. For most ladies, there is almost always a faint line on the test. Most people start around CD10, but it depends on your usual cycle length.

Thanks, Katie (.:Shortcake:.) for the adorable siggy!
The package I bought came with 30 or so and it said to use one every day starting on a certain day of the cycle. Then at some point they turned positive, like a pregnancy test and that indicated I was most likely ovulating.
